  • Full-time & PART-TIME positions available

Internship program is open to college students and select high school students.

We offer both summer and year-round, full and part-time paid internships to college students and select high school students, providing them with hands-on experience in a dynamic learn-by-doing environment. Our interns work alongside seasoned team members and are not just given trivial tasks, but rather are given projects that are meaningful to the whole company and their future careers. Good work habits are essential and those interested must submit an application form, resume, and any supporting documents. All selected candidates will also be required to pass a no-cost drug screening.

Gain practical experience in Lean principles, fixture design, CNC programming, and bit design through projects that bridge the gap between classroom theories and real-world manufacturing.

Our design process involves interns having a hands-on role in creating and testing new product designs. We are looking for applicants with experience in Autodesk Inventor and Mastercam although this is not essential.

You will have the opportunity to work with experienced machinists and welders to gain hands-on experience with CNC machining, welding and fabrication. The specific tasks you will be assigned will depend on your level of expertise.

Creative opportunities include creating renderings, videos, animations, website, content, and promotional designs.
